We had an extensive honey-do list that had accumulated in our old house over the years. Brad systematically studied, planned a fix-it strategy and completed the task in an organized, professional way! He was specific in the multiple dates and times he needed to return to complete these small projects. Brad was above expectations at every task. He is compulsive in his work ethic and I felt very comfortable leaving him in my home alone. We had a leak in the kitchen. Brad was so kind to respond quickly. We called on Thursday evening and he was there first thing Friday morning. He was extremely courteous and professional. It was obvious he knew what he was doing. He went to get parts himself and fixed the problem right away. After he drywalled our entire basement (and the carpet layers commented on the excellent job), we hired him to finish off all the projects my husband started and never finished.
